Guests enter the annexe and arrive into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen offers a small micro oven and a microwave along with a separate 4 ring hob a microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. The lounge is a perfect family area offering a sofa for up to four guests positioned perfectly in front of a large wall mounted TV should you all wish to relax after a long day out at the beach and watch your favourite show together. There is a dining table and four chairs should you wish to dine in. The master bedroom consisting of a king-size bed with a wall mounted television completes the ground floor layout.
