Park the car in the allocated off-road parking space walk up and around to the front door which is located on the ground floor of this beautiful retreat. As you enter the property on the ground floor to your right is the compact kitchen and to your left is the separate WC. The kitchen consists of an electric oven and gas hob washing machine fridge freezer and microwave. Heading on up to the first floor and you will find the delightful lounge/diner which is light and spacious with a serene and cosy feel offering a Smart TV and comfortable seating. Enjoy a romantic meal for two at the dining table which is perfectly situated in the window offering beautiful views over Dartmouth whilst you dine. After a long day of exploring all this county has to offer head on down to the master bedroom which is situated on the lower ground floor. Boasting a free-standing bath exposed beams and a super-king-size bed this truly is the spectacular retreat. As this property nestles within the grounds of the owner s property the garden area is shared with the owner but if you would like to enjoy a little privacy during your stay the owners have allocated a patio area which is totally private.
