This delightful property is situated in Warham a pretty village located close to Norfolk s picturesque North Coast. The characterful village pub is just a short stroll away the perfect place to pop in for a refreshing drink or to try out the food menu including signature home-baked pies. For a range of shops and more places to eat head to neighbouring Wells-next-the-Sea a great place to join one of the boat trips which depart from the town s harbour. The beach is situated just outside the town and boasts a wonderful stretch of fine golden sand pine trees and beach huts. Guests entering this charming cottage arrive in the hallway which features its very own grandfather clock. The kitchen/diner is the first room to the left the kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area has a large table with enough seating for five guests providing a perfect place for breakfast lunch and dinner. Further along is the lounge which boasts comfortable seating along with a cosy wood burner set within the original fireplace perfect to relax in front of on those chillier nights. After a busy day exploring catch up with your favourite programme on the TV or relax with a good book and listen to background music from the radio. For added convenience there is also a separate WC. Making your way up the stairs you ll find the three bedrooms a single and two doubles both doubles having plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. Completing this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC. Heading outside via the back door is the perfect sized garden offering a peaceful place for you to unwind and soak up the sun.
