French doors from the sitting area give access to a large covered veranda with seating where you can enjoy panoramic views across the countryside to Exeter in the distance. This property is run on 100% renewable energy and the materials used in the renovation and conversion were sourced locally. Eco friendly products are used and in the last three years 4500 native trees have been planted on the site which is managed for wildlife and guests can offset carbon by planting a tree during their stay. During your stay you are welcome to stroll around 16 acres of private grounds including a secluded valley and newly planted woodland home to a wealth of wildlife.
