There are many miles of leisurely country walks to be enjoyed direct from the front door including the enjoyable walk around Lindley Reservoir which will be of particular interest to wildlife enthusiasts as the area is home to a large number of bird species including goldcrests and woodpeckers. Within an easy drive is the spa town of Harrogate a fantastic place for a day trip as are the wonderful gardens at RHS Harlow Carr which visitors can pass on the way into the town. There are also several delightful towns and quaint villages to explore throughout the area all with a great range of pubs restaurants shops and cafes including Otley Ilkley and Pateley Bridge. Upon entering the hallway guests will immediately notice the well-designed touches which feature throughout the cottage.
