This spacious cottage is ideally located in the countryside village of Mellor on the edge of the Peak District National Park and provides an excellent base to explore the Peak District with walks direct from the door. The nearby village of Marple Bridge and small town of Marple offer a great selection of shops restaurants and tourist attractions and a nearby golf course where you can enjoy a one day round of golf. Marple also has a supermarket and a cinema so there is plenty to do. Cycle trails and golf course are also within a few miles from the property. Day trips to Alton towers or Chatsworth House are also easily accessible. Manchester is also not to far away by car. Upon entering the spacious lounge which provides a comfortable place to relax and catch up with friends and family with sofas and chairs arranged around the cosy open fire and TV.
