Venturing east to the popular resort town of Salcombe renowned for its estuary location it is a water sports haven whether it be sailing kayaking surfing or paddle boarding everyone wants to get in the waters. Venture slightly further afield to the remarkable town of Dartmouth which is situated on the mouth of the River Dart and is one of South Devon s most enchanting towns. This single-level lodge has a beautiful bright and airy open-plan lounge/diner with a comfy sofa and chairs and a flame effect fire place you can cosy up to on a cold evening and watch your favourite programme on the TV or on those beautiful summer days slide open the patio doors and relish the remarkable views on offer. The kitchen located off the lounge/diner consists of an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and views over the golf course towards Hope Cove. Heading down the hallway you will find two twin bedrooms one of which can be made up as a king size on request. Completing the floor is a spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venture outside via the patio doors in the lounge to the terrace area which offers garden furniture and superb views down the valley and out to sea. There is allocated parking for one car outside the lodge and ample space in the rest of the car park area for a second or third car The main car park is located at the back of the property.
