The contemporary galley-style kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and offers views of the mature garden; it is well-equipped allowing you to cater for all your needs. The utility room around the corner is the ideal place for cleaning off dirty walking boots or muddy paws. Leading on from the kitchen is the light and airy dining room where you can all gather to discuss plans play a game or share a meal. Ascending the typically narrow winding staircase you will find the two bedrooms (one king-size and one twin) with their sloping ceilings exposed beams and painted stone window frames looking out across the estate village. The family bathroom is at the end of the landing which is cool and contemporary with exposed floorboards and a crisp white suite nestled into the eaves. Outside there is a lawned garden at the front and a mature garden to the rear. The back garden includes apple trees and a spacious terrace for outdoor dining in the Yorkshire sunshine.
