The village is on the beautiful North York Moors Railway which leads through the stunning countryside to the pretty market town of Pickering (14.5 miles) and the popular coastal town of Whitby (9.5 miles). There are also miles of bike trails or you could discover picturesque towns and villages including Rosedale Abbey (13.5 miles) Danby (17 miles) and on the coast Robin Hood s Bay (12.5 miles). This charming single-level holiday home has been tastefully decorated and retains original features including exposed beams heavy stone sills and traditionally rendered plasterwork. The light and welcoming lounge/diner features comfortable seating a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner.
