The nearby pretty market town of Bakewell lies in the heart of the Peak District National Park and offers a great place for meandering through the various shops cafes and restaurants don t forget to stop for a Bakewell Pudding. Critch Tramway village lets you enjoy unlimited tram rides in a recreated village street and is great on rainy days. Stepping into the cottage brings you to the cosy lounge with comfortable seating feature fireplace with wood burner which is made for curling up in front of by the TV with a good book and a cup of tea after a day walking the hills. Moving through to the dining room which is bright and airy and provides a lovely space for a celebration dinner. Outside the cottage is a courtyard area with a table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the summer sun fully enclosed meaning it s great for kids and pets. There is no parking directly outside the cottage due to it being on the main village road but a parking area can be found a short walk away.
