This property is located on the riverside in the historic town of Knaresborough directly opposite a popular boathouse from where visitors can hire rowing boats by the hour to enjoy the river at a fun leisurely pace. Of course walks can also be enjoyed along the riverside as well as in the dramatic valley of the nearby Nidd Gorge. In around the town there are a number of places of interest as well as a good range of shops cafes and pubs. The towns castle and neighbouring museum are located to the east of the town whilst towards the west side of town the petrifying cave at Mother Shiptons cave is an unusual yet fascinating naturally occurring phenomena.
