Polruan is a lovely village with its tidal beach shops pubs and restaurants and passenger ferry to the town of Fowey just a short walk away. A range of activities can be enjoyed on the river or you can explore the coastline and many walks from the village. The nearby town of Fowey can be reached by the passenger ferry and it is a delight to wander around the shops delicatessens restaurants and cafes. Other attractions in the area include the world-famous Eden Project the historic port of Charlestown and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are many small winding streets in and around Polruan that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village..
