Ventnor is a charming small resort on the southeast coast of the Isle of Wight and is renowned for its beautiful beach and the popular Ventnor Botanic Garden. The small promenade overlooking the beach has a variety of cafes and restaurants and a pub and there s a small harbour with fishing boats and fresh fish including lobster and crab. The centre of Ventnor offers a variety of boutique style shops and great places to eat. There are also opportunities for tennis golf and bowls. The coastal path is just below the property and provides a pleasant walk to Steep Hill Cove with its attractive bay and restaurants. Alternatively you can walk eastward to Bonchurch and on to Shanklin and Sandown. This fantastic apartment occupies the upper floor of a large house which enjoys a superb coastal location. An external door opens from the side of the property giving direct access up to the apartment where you will find a spacious and attractive open-plan lounge/diner with panoramic sea views across Ventnor Bay. Tastefully furnished and with three large picture windows offering sea views the comfy and spacious lounge is a wonderful spot to relax in and watch the boats passing by. Exploring further you will find three cosy bedrooms. Parking for one car is provided in the drive. A weekly permit can be purchased for parking in the car park just above the seafront which is a short walk away. Please be aware that children need to be closely supervised in the property as the large picture windows in the sitting room and master bedroom are low level and can be opened right back from a side hinge. When young children are in the property it is important that the windows are only opened by a secondary mechanism which means the windows lean out from a bottom hinge to provide fresh air. There are also safety locks on the windows.
