This property enjoys a rural location just on the edge of the hilltop village of Langton Matravers with its village pub and handy shop. At the heart of this attractive cottage the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a fantastic space which allows guests to easily enjoy spending time together whether they be cooking dining or simply relaxing. At one end of the room inviting sofas next to the cosy wood burner allow guests to chat and relax over drinks. The kitchen area meanwhile is equipped with breakfast bar seating as well as an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer wine cooler and dishwasher whilst the washing machine can be found in a separate utility room where there is also a ground-floor WC. A separate dining room is an excellent place to linger over meals in the evenings and there is also another lounge this time an elegantly finished room with seating a TV/DVD a wood burner and a snooker table. One of the property s bedrooms a double room with an en-suite shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor while the remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor all of which benefit from en-suite facilities. The first of these is a double room which has its own TV and en-suite shower and WC whilst the second room a twin also has an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The master bedroom a king-size room is accessed via its own separate staircase from the ground floor and boasts its own TV views across to Swanage and an en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the cottage has a spacious garden which consists of a paved courtyard seating area for which garden furniture is provided as well as a secluded lawn which is a great place for children to play.
