Whitstable is a truly special seaside town on Kent s east coast. Known for its fresh local seafood and home to annual oyster festival the town is rightly popular with those who enjoy eating out and sampling the best in local produce. There is also a good number of pubs in the town as well as delis and specialist food shops should visitors prefer to eat at the cottage. The beach is of course a real draw for visitors and is not only popular with families and walkers but also with water sports enthusiasts who can enjoy kayaking paddleboarding and kite surfing among other activities at one of the town s watersports centres. Upon arriving at this cottage guests come straight into the dining room with a table which comfortably seats eight there is also a coal effect gas fire and then this leads onto the welcoming lounge where they will find two inviting sofas as well as a Smart TV where they can relax in front of a film or a favourite television programme after a busy day at the beach and put the warming coal effect gas fire going. Here guests will find everything they need to make themselves at home including an oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washer/dryer meanwhile can be found in the utility room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor which offers a shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor where two of the property s bedrooms can be found both of which are delightful twin rooms. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC on this floor whilst the third bedroom a double with an en-suite WC can be found on the second floor. Please note that this bedroom has a sloping ceiling and therefore some reduced head-height. A patio door from the kitchen leads out to the property s garden a long narrow space which has a lawn as well as a decked patio with garden furniture. There is also a gate at the end of the garden allowing rear access. There is roadside parking available close to the property.
