This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne near to the Congress Theatre and Towner Art Gallery. A little further down the beach visitors will find the town s famous Victorian pier. There is an exterior door towards the rear of the property which opens onto an enclosed beautifully paved patio garden with a table and chairs.
