This terraced cottage makes the perfect place for a family seaside break. Eastbourne s wide shingle beach is just a three-minute walk from the property and there is even a fantastic water sports centre at this end of the beach which gives visitors the chance to try their hand at stand-up paddle boarding kayaking powerboating and even raft building! To the west of the property the town centre has a wide range of shops an interesting lifeboat museum and the wonderfully restored Victorian pier which offers a range of food outlets and evening entertainment venues. Princes Park which is just a few minutes walk from the house is a fun place to spend an afternoon with its boating lake formal gardens play areas a splashpad and tennis courts. On arrival at this light bright cottage guests first come to the lounge. This generously-sized room has two seating areas: one with deep sofas and the TV/DVD and another area set to one side with comfortable chair which is great for snuggling up with a book. Continue down the hall into the kitchen/diner where guests will find a well equipped kitchen then a step down to the dining area with seating for six and views through the patio doors into the courtyard garden beyond. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a convenient cloakroom with WC just off the dining area. Upstairs the property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size wrought iron bedstead and large bay window with sea views with an en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom is a delightful twin room with a seaside theme and attractive feature fireplace whilst the third bedroom is a restful nautical themed single bedroom. The bathroom also on the first floor offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a patio garden to the rear of the property with a decked seating where the owners have provided garden furniture. This is accessed through patio doors from the kitchen/diner which makes it easy to enjoy al fresco meals and drinks.
