This property is located on the seafront in the town of Brixham one of the towns which make up the area known as the English Riviera. This 22 mile stretch of coastline is known for its warm climate sandy beaches and attractive seaside towns. Brixham itself is primarily a fishing town with an attractive harbour where visitors will find a replica of the Golden Hind. Other attractions in the town include a 25 metre seawater lido pretty beaches and coves a ferry which runs around the bay to Torquay and a range of pleasant restaurants and bistros. This three storey cottage enjoys an elevated location on the seafront affording fantastic views from the spacious open-plan lounge/diner. Bay windows in the lounge area of the room fill the room with light and the comfortable sofas make a delightful place to enjoy the views or to watch the TV and DVD. To the rear of the room the dining table seats six beyond which an archway and several steps up lead through to the kitchen. Stairs lead from the lounge area to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. Both of these are double rooms one of which enjoys beautiful sea views as well as its own TV and DVD. The other room on this level is a split-level room to the rear of the property with a raised dressing area. There is a bathroom on this floor with shower over bath and WC. The spacious master double bedroom occupies the property s second floor and offers panoramic harbour views TV DVD and an en-suite shower room with WC. Outside there is a small patio seating area to the front of the property from where guests can sit and watch the boats in the harbour below.
