To the left are two bedrooms: the first contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite with a shower and a bath whilst the second bedroom also has a king-size bed and both rooms enjoy lovely views over the garden and leafy open woodland.To the right is a small room (which has a camp bed which can be made up at an additional charge) next to the main bathroom with a shower and bath Ahead at the top of the first flight of stairs is a further staircase to the third bedroom long dual aspect twin flooded with light with lovely views and with its own wash basin there is also a child s wooden bed in the room for a child up to the age of 5 (please bring your own bedding). Step outside to enjoy a garden skirted by poplar trees and open woodland. The garden is also a suitable space to unwind or play particularly for children or for any dogs that you may take along with you. There is garden furniture so you can enjoy dining al fresco. Guests have access to the owners Tennis Court and small lake with kayak (the owner will not accept any responsibility whilst guests are using them). There is off-road parking available.
