As you enter this cottage you are immediately wowed by the stunning exposed beams and huge windows flooding the space with light. Conveniently the property is mainly laid out on one floor the main attraction being the lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a TV DVD Freeview video player Hi-Fi and a wood burner perfect for snuggling up on those cooler evenings. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine whilst the dining area has a table and seating for six people so all the family can gather around. Leading off of the lounge you will find a small hallway with the wet room equipped with WC and a spacious double bedroom. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC. A staircase from the living area leads up to a galleried double bedroom with stunning exposed beams but privacy is assured by full length drapes. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and lovely farmland views. Disposable BBQs can be bought on site. Ample on site parking.
