This cottage enjoys a quiet location in the small village of Satterthwaite within walking distance of the local pub The Eagles Head perfect for a long lunch or a few drinks in the evening. Of course visitors will want to visit the lakes and the property is situated right in the middle of two of the region s finest: Coniston Water and Lake Windermere which are both around six miles away. This pretty cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District and offers accommodation sleeping seven. The two comfortable sofas allow guests to relax whilst watching the TV and DVD or perhaps enjoying one of the selection of provided books or board games.
