Situated in the pretty village of Oving you will find the property is ideally located for taking long walks in the South Downs or why not plan a visit to the nearby Goodwood Estate. Heading west from the village you will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages to explore including Chichester and Bosham. If lazy days spent at the beach are more your style the beautiful shores at East and West Wittering are also easily accessible from here. Should you prefer to make the most of the stunning surroundings on offer why not make use of the private tennis court that fronts the property or just relax and take in the beautiful views. On entering the property you are met by a beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with doors leading into the garden and a wood burner for those cosy evenings in. This full height room is decorated in neutral tones and is the perfect spot to relax with a film as there is a TV with Amazon Firestick and DVD on offer. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher coffee machine and microwave. Leading off of the dining area are the two bedrooms one a compact twin and the other king-size. Crisp linen makes these rooms a relaxing retreat after a day spent exploring. The contemporary bathroom is adjacent to here and has a shower over bath and WC. The indoor swimming pool is right next to the property which can be used on the basis of swimming times given to guests on arrival (no evening swimming available). The pool is usually open from April to November depending on the outside temperature. Use of the pool is subject to signing a rules of conduct to acknowledge health and safety. The tennis court is shared with one other holiday cottage and is adjacent to the property with rackets and balls available for your use. Tennis coaching can also be arranged directly with the owner.
