This cottage is located in the seaside town of Brixham which lies on the bay of the English Riviera close to the towns of Torquay and Paignton. The area is known for its sandy beaches and warm climate which makes it a popular holiday destination. Brixham itself has much to offer with its busy harbour and wide range of restaurants serving the local seafood. Visitors will also find a full-size replica of the Golden Hind and may also enjoy a visit to the Pirate and Smuggler s Experience. The town is also home to three beaches one of which has a saltwater lido. From the parking space at the rear the property is accessed via a large number of steep and uneven steps therefore care and caution must be taken. Alternatively the property can be accessed via 3 steps from the front of the property. On entering the traditional-style cottage guests will notice the attractive period features in the property s lounge/diner including the exposed brickwork and beamed ceiling. Outside the property has a small patio area with seating to the front of the cottage with views over the harbour please note that there is a small drop to one side of this area.
