Adjoined to the main farmhouse and accessed by a couple of steps up to its own front door is a charming annexe laid out on one level which offers 1 bedroom with a double bed an en-suite shower room and WC a cosy lounge/kitchen area with a TV electric oven and hob and a fridge with ice compartment. The annexe has French doors in the lounge area to enjoy the views across the farmland. Stepping outside from the conservatory in the main farmhouse there is a private enclosed garden area with patio sloping lawn garden furniture BBQ and hot tub. Further to this you can enjoy access to expansive shared gardens to the front of the property with lawns stream (please take care with children and pets) and lovely countryside views. There is also ample off-road parking provided.
