Bucklers Hard with its shipbuilding heritage is part of the Montagu Estate and sits on the banks of the River Beaulieu. It s surrounded by the New Forest making it perfect for exploring the outdoors. The nearest town is Beaulieu which is home to a Cistercian Abbey as well as the National Motor Museum. Lymington and Lyndhurst are also within easy reach while the North Solent National Nature Reserve with its variety of wildlife is just over three miles away. Other attractions nearby include Marwell Zoo and Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway. On the ground floor there is a lounge dining room kitchen utility room and a bathroom. The lounge with its wood burner (logs included) is warm and welcoming. Looking out onto the river the lounge also features a Smart TV DVD and Sky TV channels. Additional accommodation is also provided in the separate annexe located in the garden. This offers a double bedroom a sink and views out onto the river. A sofa bed is also available on request sleeping one adult or two children. Outside of the property the enclosed garden is a spacious lawn area with garden furniture and a BBQ perfect for enjoying those sunnier days. Parking is available off-site in the nearby car park subject to availability though guests are free to unload outside the property.
