The popular spa town of Tunbridge Wells is nearby which boasts a wide range of shops cafes restaurants and bars. Leave your coats and boots in the entrance hall and continue through to the main living area. This spacious and bright area features a terracotta tiled floor high ceiling spot lighting and French windows opening to the garden. In the kitchen you will find a single oven and electric hob microwave dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Dine at the handmade oval table overlooking the fields outside before retreating to the cosy sitting area for the rest of the evening. Here there are two comfortable sofas and an armchair perfect for unwinding in front of the cosy wood burner. In the built-in cupboards you will find a selection of books DVDs games and TV/DVD player to make use of throughout your stay. There is a twin bedroom with built-in cupboards mirrors and an en-suite wet room with shower and WC plus a bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Two steps down from the hall is the spacious master suite which has a king-size bed with a comfortable sofa TV en-suite shower with large shower cubicle and WC and French windows opening out to a private patio area overlooking the fields. Outside on the large brick paved patio area there is a round cafe-style table to seat six. Here you can enjoy summer BBQs and morning coffees overlooking the stunning fields and woodland beyond.
