From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet Luxulyan and Lanlivery. Attractions include the cycling at Cardinham National Lobster Hatchery Newquay Zoo Karting at St Eval many National Trust properties and the golf course in Bodmin. On entering this intimate and welcoming studio style property you will find yourself in the charming and functional kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay including electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.You will also find a shower room on the ground floor. Moving upstairs you will find yourself in the delightful and inviting open-plan first-floor lounge/sleeping area. The snug and cosy lounge is a lovely place to snuggle down and has both smart TV and iPod dock. Moving along the sleeping area has a comfy king-size bed. There is also a separate WC on the first floor. There is a washing machine and tumble drier provided in the garage. Heading outside you can sit back relax and enjoy some gorgeous countryside views. The enclosed garden area is delightful complete with patio area seating BBQ and a soothing hot tub. Off-road parking is available as is a secure storage area for bikes and surfboards.
