The immediate area is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion Porthleven and Coverack. Attractions in the area include The Minack Theatre National Seal Sanctuary Flambards Theme Park and the Tate Gallery at St Ives to name just a few. The accommodation is arranged over two split-level floors and offers three bedrooms: one double bedroom one triple room containing three single beds and one single. The lounge comes with Smart TV with Netflix Ruark Audio with DAB radio Bluetooth and French doors to outside. A couple of steps lead you down in to the large kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and door to outside. At the front of the property is the shared courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.
