A taste of traditional Devonshire life can be experienced in the towns and villages clustered around the Torridge estuary including the harbour town of Bideford and the fishing village of Appledore. For beach lovers the two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho! is within a thirty-minute drive of the property. Immediately outside the property there is an enclosed garden to the rear which has garden furniture and for which a gas BBQ is provided. A path from here leads to relaxing hot tub which has a covered changing area and offers uninterrupted stunning countryside views across the neighbouring fields.
