Also on the first floor is the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC. The shared enclosed garden is accessed from the lounge and has outdoor furniture. There is a patio area to relax in and catch the sun read or enjoy some al fresco dining. Also in the garden is access to an adjacent outbuilding containing a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. Roadside parking is available for one car in the private lane outside the property.
