Whatever the time of year there is much to do on-site and in the local area. Enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the shared pool sun terrace. You can also enjoy the breath-taking coastline with its string of sandy beaches and mix of shops taverns eateries and attractions dotted around this exceptional part of the county. The lively city of Plymouth with its shopping centre is a 30-minute drive; St Austell Bodmin and the Eden Project are also within easy reach. Stepping into the compact property you will notice the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has ample seating with a TV/DVD and hi-fi to unwind with after a day s touring or enjoying the holiday park. The kitchen area comes equipped with an electric oven and 2 ring hob a microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. At the other end of the home is a double bedroom with TV. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays.
