Enjoy the local area with plenty of pretty gardens and National Trust locations to explore including Tapely Park RHS Rosemoor and Arlington Court. This traditional stone cottage which retains many charming and characterful features including exposed stonework and beams sits adjacent to the owners Georgian home but your privacy is assured. The dining area is located by the window which is a great spot for a candlelit dinner. Heading over to the stylish kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven/hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher so preparing your favourite meals is easy whilst you re away. The cottage has a pretty double bedroom with a comfy bed and a couple of steps lead you into the en-suite shower room which is complete with WC and there is also a handy washing machine located here. Outside there are two pretty patio areas one to the front of the property which has a pretty bistro set and spring flowers and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The other is adjacent to the property and offers an enclosed garden with a patio lawn and BBQ which is great for those who are looking to bring their four-legged friends.
