You could take a day trip to Lundy Island or visit the regional town of Barnstaple which is close by and has a range of leisure facilities including a swimming pool tennis courts and a cinema. Other attractions include the National Trust s Arlington Court Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens Marwood Hill Gardens Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Watermouth Castle and Exmoor National Park famed for its beauty and wildlife. This lovely cosy room is ideal for relaxing in with a TV/DVD hi-fi and traditional wood burner (first basket of logs included and further supplies can be purchased on site). Moving into the elegant kitchen/diner you will find an ideally situated dining area and a kitchen which is equipped with everything you may need including an electric fan oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Exploring further you will find three comfortable bedrooms. There s a master double with an en-suite wetroom-style shower room complete with WC a further double with an en-suite shower room and WC and a twin room with en-suite shower room with WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a lawn shared with the other properties on-site with garden games and an enclosed lakeside seating area (please ensure children are supervised in this area) with picnic benches as well as a large field to the rear of the property perfect for an easy stroll. There is designated private off-road parking available for two cars.
