Guests are ideally situated for many countryside walks on nearby Dartmoor while there are many beautiful beaches to explore in the area. Slightly further afield are the English Riviera as well as the compact cities of Exeter and Plymouth. Reached via narrow country lanes this property it is one-of-four holiday properties on site the owners farmhouse also sits within the grounds. Upon entering this semi-detached property you will find yourself in the welcoming and cosy lounge/kitchen/diner. This property is packed with traditional features throughout which include slate floors and oak doors. The elegant lounge area has a TV/DVD and wood burner-effect electric fire. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and has French doors leading outside. The dining area is ideally situated and enjoys attractive views. Going upstairs you will find two comfy bedrooms one king-size and one twin. The bathroom is also on this level and is complete with a shower over the bath and WC. This property is eco-friendly and energy is supplied by a biomass boiler and solar panels. For those who choose to do their laundry during their stay there is a shared utility room on site with a washing machine and tumble dryer the use of which is payable by an honesty box. Stepping outside you can relax in the spacious shared gardens explore the community woodland or enjoy the shared indoor heated swimming pool. Open all year round it even has showers and changing facilities. If you want to properly unwind head to the veranda with its shared sunken hot tub seating and sun loungers and soak up the beautiful countryside views. BBQ area is also available to use. Guests also have use of the heated drying room perfect for storing muddy boots and wet coats its also a good area for secure bicycle storage. Off-road parking is available for one car.
