National Trust land and coastal paths less than 10 minutes walk away where there is an abundance of wildlife. The property is approached by a private drive with 2 unfenced ponds. Locally there are many places to visit including The Tarka Trail Clovelly a unique cliffside fishing village and the nearby small town of Hartland together with lots of good pubs and eating places within easy reach. There are interests for every age and taste. Both properties offer ground floor accommodation with good access for elderly and safe playing for children. Games room: shared with snooker football game and table tennis dolls house toys games and a selection of DVDs and videos. Outside: large adjacent fields ideal for ball games. Lounge/diner: L-shaped with antique panelling beams and stained glass window comfy reclining leather sofa TV Freeview DVD and video. Kitchen: fitted with electric cooker and hob fridge/freezer and microwave. Amenities: storage heaters out of season otherwise some remote control convector heaters. Need to know: Due to COVID 19 the games room will only be available via a rota basis organised with the owner on arrival, which will include a minimum of 76 hours between uses by other guests. Please note there is one other cottage and the owner has adopted a one week off one week on basis for bookings. Picnic tables and seating areas will remain open where social distancing can be adhered to.
