Visitors can wander the narrow streets browse the shops sample the local seafood in the village s bistros and pubs and watch the fishing boats bob in the attractive quay all within a few minutes walk of the cottage. For a change of scenery there is a seasonal ferry which runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow where there is a sand and shingle beach. On opening the front door to this attractive 17th century property four steps down bring guests to the relaxing lounge/diner with its beamed ceiling fireplace with living-flame fire TV and hi-fi. There is a dining table seating four beyond which a door leads through to the kitchen: with an electric oven hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The property s bathroom is also located on the ground floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Stairs from the lounge/diner lead to a galleried landing off from which there are two bedrooms. The first of these is an attractive double room with bedside tables and a dressing table whilst the second bedroom is a bunk bedroom. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed courtyard patio located adjacent to the property which has a BBQ and garden furniture allowing guests to enjoy al fresco meals. Guests should note that there is a covered pond in the garden and therefore children will need careful supervision.
