Hartland Peninsula is ideal for those who enjoy country walks as there are miles of walks available direct from the property s front door including access to the South West Coastal Path with its clifftop views. There is a secluded beach just a one mile walk from the property however if you want to enjoy a traditional day at the beach with soft sand and a range of facilities the family-friendly beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude are both within fifteen miles of the property. Although the property feels remote the charming village of Hartland is less than two miles away offering a range of shops and eateries. Stairs from the hallway lead to a light-filled landing with a library of books and onto the first-floor accommodation where there are three delightful bedrooms all with views over the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is a spacious king-size room with en-suite shower room there is also a king-size room and a pretty twin.The bathroom also on the first-floor has a roll top bath large separate walk in shower and WC. Outside the property has a private courtyard garden with a hot tub for 6 people garden furniture as well as a shared lawned garden. There is ample off-road parking as well as handy area which can be used for washing bikes dogs surfboards and wellies.
