A short drive will allow you to experience breath-taking costal scenery where you can enjoy fantastic National Trust cliff-top walks exploring the sheltered coves fishing villages and long sandy beaches of Devon and Cornwall. Also a short distance away is the magnificently rugged Dartmoor National Park or you could try sailing and other water sports at the nearby Roadford Reservoir. Other local attractions include Buckland Abbey Lydford Gorge Launceston Steam Railway Bude Canal and Splashpool The Eden Project The Milky Way and much more. On entering this charming single-level lodge you will find yourself in the attractive and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The inviting and comfortable lounge enjoys a delightful view out onto the balcony and you can snuggle down with the TV/DVD. The dining area is ideally situated and is perfect whether you re sitting down to a big meal or grabbing a quick snack. The tasteful and airy kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay including electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Exploring the property further you will find two cosy bedrooms: a king size and a twin. There is also a wet room complete with shower and WC. Stepping outside you can while away the evening and enjoy the view sitting on the fenced decked balcony with garden furniture. Exploring the site further you will find a large indoor swimming pool a games room equipped with football table pool table and table tennis and a 1.5 acre coarse fishing lake stocked with carp rudd and roach.
