This property is situated in the Devonshire countryside yet is only eight miles from one of Cornwall s most popular seaside resorts: Bude. Here guests will find a choice of sandy beaches one of which has a lovely tidal pool providing safe bathing whatever the weather as well as a mini-golf course and a range of shops and cafes. Exploring a little further along the coast visitors will come to the picturesque fishing village of Boscastle King Arthur s Tintagel and pretty Port Isaac. The majority of the living space in this barn conversion property is located on the ground floor including one of the bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite shower and WC. The lounge offers a cosy space in which to relax with its slate floors comfortable seating smart TV DVD hi-fi and patio door which leads out to the garden. The kitchen/diner situated off the lounge is a light and airy space which is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. The second bedroom is a spacious galleried twin room which is also able to accommodate a cot with another smart TV and DVD. This room also benefits from a handy en-suite WC so there is no need for guests to traipse up and downstairs during the night. Outside there is a private enclosed garden with patio area which is where guests will find the wonderfully relaxing private hot tub where they can lie back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings whilst gazing over the neighbouring fields. (Please note that the hot tub is for adult guests only) There is also a BBQ and garden furniture provided so alfresco meals can be enjoyed during the warmer months.
