Bideford sits astride the South West Coast Path and offers access to the Tarka Trail a long-distance track and cycle way which follows the old railway line alongside the river. There is much to see in the area with attractions to suit all including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. The surfing beaches of Westward Ho! Saunton Sands and Croyde are all an easy drive. Stroll into town where there is a bustling quayside with shops pubs and eateries. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ or just sit back and relax on the large terrace. On entering this beautiful house you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall with imposing staircase. To your left is a comfortable and cosy lounge with coal effect gas fire. There is a second lounge/library which is ideal for quiet reading with a large selection of books and open fire. At the end of the hallway is a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is superbly furnished with TV/DVD and French doors that open onto the terrace. The stylish kitchen area has an island unit and is surrounded by a large range style electric oven and gas hob large fridge and dishwasher. The utility room which is accessed up a couple of steps has an American style fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC off the entrance hall. There is also an addional separate formal dining room which can seat 10. Heading up the staircase there are six bedrooms all with en-suite facilites as shown. Room 1. Decorated in calming duck egg blue has a double bed with TV and en-suite shower room and WC. Room 2. Taupe and grey a double perfect for children (can be made into twins) with TV en-suite large walk in shower and WC. Room 3. The large master bedroom is a super-kingsize zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV DVD player en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath separate shower and WC. Room 4. Decorated in shades of mauve is made up as a super-kingsize (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV en-suite shower room with WC. Room 5. This room is a small double with en-suite shower room with WC (please note this bedroom has no TV). Room 6. A large bedroom is also decorated in duck egg blue has a super-kingsize (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside there is a large gated terrace with garden furniture. Steps lead down to the lawn area accessed via a gate (care required) the lawn area has a small pond water feature and separate patio with BBQ. There is ample off-road parking for up to six cars.
