Steep steps lead up to the beautiful terrace patio with seating which is well worth the climb to enjoys spectacular panoramic views across Kingswear and the river Dart. Please note the only outdoor space at the cottage is a paved terrace area via some steep steps, but there are dog walking areas close by. Room to store boots, coats and prams. Parking available in the local Marina carparks at an additional charge weekly permits can be purchased.. Beach 3 miles, pub/restaurant, shop, Post Office, ferry and railway station within walking distance. There is access on street level to the cottage for the loading and unloading of guests luggage, however, the road does become narrow and some people prefer to reverse back on to the main road.
