A door from the first floor landing opens onto a flight of external wooden stairs which lead down to the enclosed courtyard patio where there is outdoor furniture and a BBQ perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings in complete privacy. There is an additional patio area with seating to the rear of the property which makes a lovely spot to enjoy drinks in the evening. In addition to this guests are able to make use of a paddock and the 12 acres of woodland that surround the farm. There is ample parking provided.
