A little further afield are Holy Island Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle and Gardens and you can reach Edinburgh by car in about an hour and a half (54 miles). Back at home you will be able to see the farmer s cattle and horses coming and going and visit the lambing sheds in early spring with the owner. Access to this lovely property is at the main door into a spacious boot room and then on into the hallway with a tub chair. Off the hallway there is a pretty twin bedroom. The contemporary shower room is opposite and has a large walk-in shower and WC. There is plenty of space in here and even a sofa to relax on and read while you run your bubble bath. Outside the delightful enclosed garden will be the perfect place to relax unwind and have fun. It is set to lawn and bordered with attractive plants and trees and there is a beautiful stone patio area with garden furniture where you can dine al fresco on warm days or sit with your morning tea while planning your day.
