This refurbished property completed in 2020 is located in the village of Combe Martin just a few steps away from the beautiful beach which offers both rock pools and a sandy bay at low tide. The village also offers welcoming pubs a post office bakery ice cream parlour cafes and several convenience stores. Combe Martin is also quickly becoming recognised for sea kayaking with its beautiful inlets caved and secluded beaches to explore. During summer months there are local kayaking companies offering kayak or paddle-board hire guided kayak tours wetsuit hire and fishing gear. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms a king size which has an en-suite shower and WC a king size with sea views and a twin. The bathroom completes the accommodation with freestanding slipper bath separate shower and WC. Outside the rear courtyard is of a good size with artificial grass garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Rear pedestrian access and outside tap makes this an ideal spot for washing off sandy paws and toes. Roadside parking subject to availability or in nearby public carpark.
