Alternatively if the children want to play or adults want some peace and quiet there is a snug room off the dining area which has a small pool table dartboard and a Smart TV. The first-floor balcony with its south-facing position offers an additional space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. There is off-road parking provided for two cars and further parking in the public car park adjacent to the cul-de-sac.
