There are excellent restaurants in the picturesque villages of Pirnmill Lochranza (6.5 miles) and Blackwaterfoot (11.5 miles) or you could enjoy a stroll along the beach outside the property. Lochranza has a golf course and a ferry service which runs to Claonaig and Tarbert on the Kintyre Peninsula. Other attractions on Arran include the ancient King s Caves (8.5 miles) and the Machrie Moor Standing Stones (9 miles) while whisky lovers can head to the popular Isle of Arran Distillery (7.5 miles). Exploring the island further you can visit Goatfell (15.5 miles) and Brodick Castle Garden and Country Park (16.5 miles).
