Wander down to the nearby River Cannich (less than 0.5 miles) and fish for pike or brown trout to take home and cook. For challenging hikes and walking routes travel either 5 miles to Loch Mullardoch and walk its circumference or attempt to summit the vast Sgurr na Lapaich (29 miles). The local village of Cannich is 5 miles and offers a pub shop and post office.
