Garden Cottage is a lovely two-storey cottage in the Fife countryside that is perfect for family holidays. Situated on a country estate just outside Cupar it is peaceful and private. It is ideal for golfers or visitors to St Andrews University being just 9 miles from St Andrews and well-placed for exploring both coast and countryside with numerous walks in the local area. The gorgeous Eask Neuk of Fife is just a short drive away and there ae many beaches there and in St Andrews also including Tentsmuir Forest. The centre of Cupar which has numerous shops and pubs and a railway station is less than 1 mile away. The Lomond Hills are 12 miles away. Stepping inside Garden Cottage you ll find a cosy cottage which combines comfort with tradition.There is a cosy living room with an open fire and comfortable sofas with space for the whole family to stretch out and relax. The separate dining room has a table and chairs and a comfortable futon which sleeps one which is available by arrangement for a small additional cost. The kitchen is equipped with everything you ll need including an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. It also leads to a separate pantry. On the first floor there are two bedrooms one double and one twin and a cot is also available. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor. Outside there is a spacious private garden with a duck pond a stream running along one side and woodland on another. The owners have a tennis court that can be used by arrangement.
