This beautiful lodge is perfectly situated as it nestles next to the South West Coastal Path and neighbours Berry Head which is a stunning headline offering breath-taking views an award-winning café and historic fortifications. There are wonderful walks in either direction along the coastal path with the nearby beautiful St Mary s Bay and beach being a gem for families or dog walkers.If you re looking for a fun-packed holiday then look no further as there is an array of on-site activities for all the family to enjoy from a kids club game zones swimming pools and bingo. Brixham provides the perfect backdrop for that all-important holiday with its fantastic range of restaurants cafes shops and pubs around the pretty harbour. Take time to visit the Golden Hind try your hand at crabbing enjoy a day at the beach or Shoalstone outdoor pool or even take a ferry to visit Torquay or Dartmouth. Look out for the seals in the outer harbour or around the coves. From the car step up onto the balcony which wraps around the lodge gaining you access into the property. On entering the lodge you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The fabulous lounge area allows you to pull back the patio doors sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV or simply enjoy a catch-up with family and friends. The wonderful kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for socialising while cooking up a storm in the delightful kitchen area. The kitchen offers a gas double oven and hob American style fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Off the kitchen area is the first of the three bedrooms a stylish twin room next door to this is the family shower room with WC. Down the hallway on your left is a further twin bedroom and completing the lodge is the master bedroom offering a double bed walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with WC. Venture outside onto the private south-facing deck with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. The property offers off-road parking adjacent to the lodge.
