The property is just yards from the lifeboat station and right by the start of the Exmoor National Park. Stroll in the other direction towards the centre of Minehead and you pass a superb park and a selection of shops leading you to the main heart of the town with its sandy beach seaside amusements (including a links golf course and steam railway) and a myriad of shops pubs and restaurants. Apart from the verandah there is no other outside space as part of the property (but so much of the outdoors on the doorstep) although there are some rotary washing lines for guests use.
